Industry Endorsed Syllabus

In order to make business education more relevant and to create “Industry fit” professionals, the institute after conferment of autonomy has updated the syllabus of MBA and IMBA by introducing data analytics in all the core subjects, HR interventions like competence mapping, assessment canter in HR area and Financial modelling in view the changes happening in corporate management.


Training & Placements

The Training and Placement cell carefully evaluates students and maps the knowledge and skill gap and accordingly groups the students and designs the training inputs with varied focus and intensity with the objective of improvement of students to be successful during campus recruitment process. Emphasis is given on presentation; group discussion (GD) CV based personal interview and SPP presentations.

Alumni of Srusti richly contribute to the all round development of their alma mater. Registered in 2004 under the societies registration act 1860, Srusti Alumni Association has its elected body of office bearers with President of the association at helm of affairs. Members of alumni association working in various corporate houses in India and abroad share their experience among the juniors.
