Mr Rudra Prasad Behera has completed his Master's in English  from the prestigious Pondicherry Central University and is currently a research scholar at Ravenshaw University with a specialization in Dalit and Subaltern Literature. He is a published author with  two published books and more than two hundred poems to date. He is specialized in Classroom teaching and training.
